Ideal weight

Some people think they are too fat, even if their weight is normal, and others do not notice their extra pounds. How can we find a solution of this problem? How can we determine the ideal weight? Ideal weight is not the one that the skinny girls from fashion magazines and runways show us. Yes, they are very pretty! But have you ever wondered what a price they pay for it? I think their slenderness is not the result of easy weight loss online plan, but the result of an ordinary fasting! But the slenderness is primarily a health issue.
